I like the model of Hydreight. We have just had issues with the app being glitchy and then the telehealth is hit or miss which is frustrating to the flow of your business.

I liked that I recieved most of my order in a timely fashion, I dislike that I still have not recieved part of my order almost 2 weeks later.....:(

To be a technology company, the software is not very end-user friendly and there are too many bugs that require workarounds, like the android app or not being able to put prices in the inventory. They is no way to find videos (youtude how to vids are private) or read the instruction manuals while doing the work in the app or on the computer. I understand that it is an attempt to protect from copies of the business model but it make using it very difficult. The instructions are meant to be in small chunks of info but the presentation is pointless in isolation from doing the work and requires too many clicks to find solutions or next steps. Due to this it took me too long to set the business with the learning curve around setting up the app. The tech response time is good but everything cant be solved through email, sometime you have to talk to a human to troubleshoot.

My initial Call with Brooklyn this spring was amazing. Walking through the launch process was less than stellar, not clear, had no idea what to do next, didn't even know for a long time there were videos to watch that walk you through the platform itself as a provider OR on the business end. On communications that part was not helpful. However, since the launch, my supply orders (when meds are available) arrive quickly. Communication at times is still difficult, I do still have questions that have not been answered, even if it's to direct me to the resources that would be better than no response. Overall, I am thankful I signed up as it does allow me the privilege of helping clients feel their best!

Communication was challenging but when I started copying Brooklyn things got better. Some things were unclear to me initially in terms of processes . More stream lining support would be awesome and more details to help navigate through the process .

When reaching out to the techs to inquire about medication orders, processes, etc., they don’t seem to be knowledgeable about protocols. That is concerning but everything else has been great.
