SuperHuman Transformation (SHT)Reviews of superhumantransformation.com

Since meeting Paul and joining the community 18 months ago, I have gone through nothing less than a Superhuman Transformation! As soon as I started eating real food, I dropped excess weight and had more energy to start excecising regularly. This allowed me to stop taking high blood pressure medication that I had been on for years! Paul has also taught me how to meditate in a way that feels right to me. Now I have more energy and focus to dedicate to charity work for Theresa’s Fund! Come join us and start living your best life!!!

We've had the pleasure to work with Paul on several talks for our employee wellness program and we can't say enough about the amazing service we have received. His presentations have been engaging and informative and the process of working with Paul to put together these events has been very easy. Paul's passion for fitness is contagious and we love working with him.

A badass who's caring and gentle! It's not often you find someone who is asking "being" what they teach and share. "Do as I say, not as I do" someone once said. Paul "T" is honestly one of the most caring and patience individuals I've meet in all of my 53 years on this earth. He really wants my team and I to feel better, move better, sleep better, etc. We (Nevada Benefits) hired T to help us feel better, increase our energy and focus and we received SOOOO MUCH more. It's been a game changer and fun and he's made it simple to implement! Sorry for the long winded review. Highly recommend! Phil & Team

My name is Kara, I'm 46, mother of 4, and happily married. I recommend for anyone to get started on the SuperHuman Transformation program. They offer nutrition and other lifestyle advice to help you to become the healthiest version of yourself! Even if you are already eating what would be considered a healthful diet, there is still more to learn through the SuperHuman Transformation program. Paul Tijerina walks you through everything in a concise manner. He takes the time to continue answering questions and offering strategies for how to incorporate optimal eating and living habits. He realizes that this is a process which could take time so he takes everything at a pace that you are comfortable with. Paul understands that this is your own personal journey, so he will never impose something on you. He will guide you as a friend because he cares deeply for all people (he truly does!). Paul is extremely positive and down to earth. He understands what it is like to be human and he’ll meet you wherever you are while striving to bring you to newer levels of optimal health and wellness. In Paul's eyes, everyone is a superhuman simply for being! Nothing else matters. When I started the program, I was already eating mostly natural food. I was even getting all of the protein required for someone who exercises regularly. I had allowed a little bit of wiggle room to be able to eat anything that I wanted, at times, since it is very important to be flexible and not too restrictive! I had heard very good things about the SuperHuman Transformation program so I was excited to pay Paul a visit with the goal of further dialing in my nutrition. Little did I know that what was offered would make things so much easier! I was able to improve digestion which is so important for nutrient absorption. I am eating more nutrient rich food which keeps me feeling satisfied. This does not mean eating a whole lot of vegetables and salad, by the way! Paul incorporates very satisfying food that keeps cravings at bay: simplicity is the key. Regardless of your current state of affairs, anyone can feel better upon implementing some aspect of this program. The adjustments may not always feel quite right at the start but they become effortless over time. It's hard to believe that what once required some thought and effort are now not only easy, but preferred - you'll want to do it! I love simplicity, and things have been simpler when living more optimally. I am able to make it through the day with ease while feeling better and enjoying great food! Give it a try and experience the changes!
