They advertised a meat bundle for $70, a supposed special. After I paid for it I asked Guest Services if I could double check to make sure all the items were there. Lo and behold, it was $60 of meat. Guest Services did not offer to refund the difference, so I returned it. Please, take an extra moment to see if their ‘deals’ are really a deal.

Dawn is the worst, slowest cashier EVER. I’m sure she makes an hourly wage but any amount is too much. In addition, what ever happened to “night stocking”. I hate that they stock during the daytime. They are always in the way! Hy-Vee is the worst!!!

In Jan I got 2 sandwiches & one heat & eat meal & every single item was inedible!!! The. Sandwiches had all of the ingredients in the front, for a misleading display & I took one bite of the heat & eat meal & threw it out because it was inedible. I paid over $22.00 for those 3 items & every single item was gross & inedible!!!

Containers in the deli department with the sides are very hard to open them once you get them open they’re very hard to close. We pay for what’s inside of those containers maybe you should rethink a better container.

Got a take-out meal from the kitchen at Hy-Vee in Chariton Iowa for my disabled wife and she bit down on pea size melted piece of plastic that was in their meatloaf and they are claiming no responsibility.

Went to HyVee today in Lee's Summit MO off 3rd St., I was followed around the whole store by security, no reason whatsoever. I could've have acted like most would have but I decided to handle it a different way. The tall goofy security guy who wanted to be an officer so bad was in every eye angle of mine imaginable, even at the check out when leaving, it was ridiculous, he wasn't even being discreet. Hy-Vee please do better at training your officers. If I wanted to steal he would not have known so please teach them to not be so noticable, it could cost you'll a lot of money in the end.

SO I bought one of the Cooks bone-in ham at the Hy-Vee in Omaha yesterday, March 30th, 2024. I cooked it for Easter dinner for family and it was SPOILED. It was brown on the side and it smelled so bad. I am so glad I didn't feed my family this ham. We just ate the side dishes for dinner. THANKS HYVEE. I guess you get what you pay for. The sale was advertised as having prices from 20yrs ago. Was that ham from 20 years ago too?.

Rude employees at the Marshall location. Meg. Bryce.Linfsy Erin. Work upstairs in HR. I had a bad experience working there 7-21-21 to 4--17-22. Having autism and other disabilities I was harassed and discriminated by front end managers and those girls never took care of the problem because one of the front end managers was their friend that they go to on the bar to go drink I had a complaint about a part-timer being rude to me I was going to go up to Meg and complain and she walked away for me I talked to the other HR person in the store also called the corporate about my bad experience as a customer just. And I don't like shopping Walmart because Walmart discriminates and treats their employees crappy. Being that I'm a customer. Those people's names I mentioned can be a little bit more Prof. Since my complaint I am taking my business over to Aldi's. Because the employees are friendly. And don't have snotty attitudes like those girls do at the Marshall Minnesota location. You're going to walk away and ignore customers that's how you lose business. And those girls names I mentioned are a click and that needs to be separated because it's bringing a morale down at Marshall Minnesota Hy-Vee location. I'll go back to that location once this matter is taken care of. Being rude to customers and badgering customers. That's how you lose business. Also that Hy-Vee store in Marshall Minnesota. A lot of people say that they're hard to get along with when you work for them. To the best of my knowledge. I think management needs to be replaced in that store or it's going to lose a lot of business
