Fresh vegetables are not fresh and mostly way in the process of ruining. Also who is going to pay three dollars a pound for one tomato. All the potatoes individually or in bags are terribly small and you have to cut away most of it to get rid of bad spots. Don't get me started on the squash or other supposedly fresh vegetables. Not worth the money or time. What is going on?

I have always heard that when you buy with their in store coupons, you have to watch them. Limit 4 so you buy 4 and they only scan the coupon once. Instead of getting 4 dollars off as stated, you get one dollar off. That adds up when you use their ads to buy their specials. That happened to me today. I was not happy when I got home. The store is awesome but with prices the way they are, I won’t be going back there. Not worth the aggravation. I shouldn’t have to double check every item. There are stores that offer better pricing with the same quality.

I like HyVee, but the app is terrible. You can’t cancel or change an order. You can add items on the website, but you can’t remove items. They use instacart, but give no way add a tip except beforehand. I never tip personal shoppers until after, because only some of them do a good job.

I was at the hyvee in savage, mn and at the bakery dept, the donut case, the maintenance person was in the display cases cleaning with a vacuum cleaner, WHILE THERE WERE DONUTS IN THE CASE I will NEVER by any bakery items from them again I did try to talk to the bakery mgr, bust she was nit there, left msg with the bakery worker, and then I did also tell the young man that was the store manager at the time

They advertised a meat bundle for $70, a supposed special. After I paid for it I asked Guest Services if I could double check to make sure all the items were there. Lo and behold, it was $60 of meat. Guest Services did not offer to refund the difference, so I returned it. Please, take an extra moment to see if their ‘deals’ are really a deal.

Everytime I go here and shop inside I am overcharged... Today I couldn't find the sale items..I went out of my way due to construction but I am done sales aren't great if I am over charged.
