Wanted hot chocolate and they (incompetent employees) kept putting the wrong powder in the dispenser. This has happened more than once and is unacceptable. Matt and Donna were the only 2 who responded and actually fixed the problem. The manager refilled it once. I really appreciate Donna, Jodi, and Matt because they care. But more than once I've walked out because the hot chocolate was not working.

it used to be that if a product rang up improperly the store would give it to you free. Today went in to buy a 15 items. 3 of which rang up incorrectly. 20 percent error rate.

1st time there 2 months ago was charged for 2 -12 packs of beer when only bought 1. Front service desk manager (lady) was curt to me when I pointed it out after I realized it 2 blocks driving away and had to return to get a refund. 2nd time purchased the wrong brand12pk of beer and didn'd notice it til hour later returned to store was told by front service desk lady to walk to back of store where liquor is sold, exchange product for what you want and bring to front service desk for reconciliation of price exchange. Did that walked back of store and was told to cart correct beer and bring back to front of store to reconcile price difference, if any. Pushed shop cart back to front of store and went to service desk 2nd time to make reconciliation and was told by different service manager this time that Hyvee does not accept returned liquor product, regardless if box has not been opened. Radical but true. Went to checkout and pay for correct beer purchase and get ready here it comes.... I am now told "we have store policy that we need your drivers license to scan into our system" I offered a review as I am a few weeks from turning 74 and was told.."sorry... but this is our policy." Any other store in Green Bay that sells beer in store does not require scanning of personal driver license. My drivers license scan is now archived into Hyvee computer system. A simple review of info would suffice to assure age but retaining into your computer system? Because you sold to underage in the past and this is to cya? What am I missing here with all the criminals out looking to purge personal information from business computers? Shame on your policy!....and...today will be that last time I and family will ever shop at this store, even though it was becoming my favorite I can not nor will not shop there when this policy is in effect. ps your front staff was curt and nonchalant when she advised me after my trek to find out I could not exchange the unopened product.

Muffins and donuts are bland..I bought some Muffins and some donut holes, both beyond blah np taste what so ever and highly over priced to top it all off, the lemon donut holes tasted like glazed and the Muffins had zero flavor...I can get better ones at price cutter or walmart, now that's the sad part

went ahead an bought the Seagram's Italian ice pack to get picked up, they gave me the wrong Seagram's and when i went inside they didn't have any in stock. so when did selling to costumers before paid customers become a thing in the united states? Do not order from this place.

Wow, no returns for store credit without a receipt. Plus the manager takes advantage of proving what a big man he is as God of the grocery store belittling a person with a simple return. Impressive. EVERY store in town allows returns for store credit. No one keeps receipts anymore little man.

CROOKS price gouging i went to HyVee in Macomb,Illinois and was looking at custom seasoning which last month near end of month was 11.99 a bottle decided ok im going in first thing in JUne 3rd and b uy me a bottle for cooking out i asked where it was on we moved it over here and it went up[ a little since last monghtr.Im not sure what folks call a little but the cost was raised by 4.00 a single bottle to 15.99 if that is not price GOUGING i do not know what it.They bare also alot more expensive on meat than alot of other5 stores even farewway if have 1 around is alot better prices than Hyvee the gouging store.

I have seen similar comments on BBB and other sites. I quit shopping at HyVee months ago because if I inspected my receipt I usually found I had been overcharged compared to advertised prices. I have switched to SuperSaver and other stores, where this almost never happens, but the other day I made a mistake and stopped by the HyVee store on 70th St. and Stacy Lane. When I checked my receipt I noticed I had been charged for two packs of hot dogs at $3.99 each (definitely only purchased one) and I had been charged about $5.99 each for 3 bags of chips that were advertised as buy 3 for $2.99 each. When I called and asked to speak to a manager, "Patty" did not ask about my specific issue, but only told me I would have to make another trip to the store with my receipt. I still have my receipt, but I know from when I used to shop at HyVee in the past they can look up your receipt online and we could have had the same conversation to save me a trip. Patty claimed they had never done this. Clearly HyVee has changed their policy to make it more difficult to address this very common problem of overcharging. I would bet they tell their employees to never undercharge, but not to worry about overcharging, because most people never check and it's a big hassle to make another trip, stand in line, and then look like you are making trouble because you are complaining. I admit I do usually check my receipts, but I guarantee HyVee is taking advantage of most people who don't. Everyone is complaining about inflation these days, but what about unethical. companies that overcharge?
