Ordered ham dinner for two for Xmas. Food was very good but green bean casserole was so bad, I threw it away, had a chemical taste. Called store, told them about it. They were very gracious and made it right.Will order again next year and hopefully they will be more prepared,got there to pick up my order and they had no record of it! They prepared one for me, I can't complain anymore. See you next year!

it used to be that if a product rang up improperly the store would give it to you free. Today went in to buy a 15 items. 3 of which rang up incorrectly. 20 percent error rate.

Very disappointed in the packaging of the 10 Oz ham slices. Clearly this is meant to be a resealable container. But you have to tear the package apart. It is sealed shut all the way around.

good store, but employees stocking shelves blocking aisle and freezer access, and not even acknowledging customer may want. to get product from the shelf.

The store in Windom MN is always out of sale items and the prices are too high. The bakery items are tasteless. Cherry turnovers with food coloring and some cherry taste. All dough, if its real dough. Par baked and thaw and sell ready made junk. Campbells soups 99 cents? LOL all rang up $1.99. Need competion. No quality here!

There are several things that bog me about this store. Since you remodeled, I don’t like it very much. Prices skyrocketed and great items have disappeared. One is the old fashioned donut. Best donut around and puff! Gone. I have to go back because I was charged for a watermelon when I bought a small bunch of grapes. How do you mix those two things up. Of course, if I hadn’t checked my ticket I would have paid 6.99 for my small bag of grapes! I don’t shop at your store any more except for specials. Fareway has much better meat and cheaper on lots of other items. You’ve lost me as a loyal custome. I could go on and on about what have found that I no longer buy at your store. I really like the people. They are always so nice but that doesn’t lower my bill

The HyVee in Centerville, Iowa offers great customer service. The fresh selection is lacking, but the store is small.
