Initial unit was out of stock but agent was able to order a Goodman unit direct from factory as hot weather coming and I could not wait for delayed order of first unit. Chris was very helpful in process .Also company giving me refunds on parts I did not need

Only concern is that my order had to be adjusted because items were not in and we were sent a different manufacturer brand instead of what we originally ordered.

Received product after waiting 3 weeks for delivery. It came completely smashed and other parts were missing. I rejected the order with the freight company. I called HVAC direct immediately and told them I want a full refund. I lost my customer also since they already waited 3 weeks for the install. It’s been a week and still no refund. I spoke to two customer service representatives and was told nothing is in their computer from the freight company. They have still not contacted them to confirm the damage. Horrible service! I’m still waiting for my refund! Beware of this company!

Good Afternoon Jeff, I do apologize for your experience. In researching this issue, I see that the order was placed in the afternoon of Friday May 26th. The order was processed the following business day, and was shipped within 4 business days with tracking being issued via email. I do see that there appears to have been an issue once the order was in transit; and again, I do apologize. Unfortunately, we are unable to foresee or control issues with the shipping company unless our customers let us know they are experiencing a problem with the delivering company. However, as soon as you notified us of the issue of damage - on June 22 - we did immediately jump into action to get the refusal confirmed and a refund is currently being processed. Again, we apologize for your experience and appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve in all operations.
