This is such an honorable company. They bent over backwards to make me happy with my purchase. I recommend them highly.

I have a few of these now and I love them! There is a great range of styles and colours and best of all they are vegan! I’ll continue to buy these as gifts too! Always had great service and reliable delivery, thanks Hurtig Lane!

Thanks so much for sharing, we are glad that you love your watches!

I really was happy with the watch I received even though I had to pay a lot of duty to receive the watch ( not the company's fault but needing a return makes it difficult) I love the look and was happy when I got it but really disappointed to find the front of the face was scratched! I do not want to pay the extra 20 plus shipping to try and get a new one since I already had to pay a hefty import fee. I am so disappointed to receive it like this and feel there's nothing. I can do unless I pay a lot more.

Hello Laura, We are so sorry that you have a scratch on your watch, all of our watches are checked before shipping and have a protective film to prevent any damages during transit, however, on occasion your parcel can be opened by customs before it arrives with you. We are very sorry that your watch has not arrived in perfect condition as it should. We have a customer service team who you can contact by email or chat (9am-5pm CET) and we will gladly arrange to send you a replacement watch with no charge of course. This is our policy with all of our watches should there ever be a fault. We look forward to hearing from you so that we can send you a replacement and you can enjoy wearing your new cruelty free watch! Many thanks, Hurtig Lane team
