Purchased the perfect watch for my upcoming elopement ceremony, with an estimated delivery of 5-8 days. Unfortunately it's been a little over 2 weeks and have yet to receive any shipping updates. I just sent an email yesterday, but after reading these reviews I'm not too confident I'll get a response there. I'm just hoping this reaches the right person as I was really looking forward to wearing this watch on my big day!

Was erg blij met mijn bandje, hij pastte goed bij mijn Seiko en de kwaliteit voelde prima. Helaas is het kleinste gaatje nog net te groot voor mijn 16cm pols dus moest langs de schoenmaker om er een gaatje bij te laten prikken. Grootste probleem is toch de kwaliteit, omdat na slechts een paar keer dragen het lusje is afgebroken... Erg jammer want sta wel helemaal achter cruelty-free horloge bandjes!

I really was happy with the watch I received even though I had to pay a lot of duty to receive the watch ( not the company's fault but needing a return makes it difficult) I love the look and was happy when I got it but really disappointed to find the front of the face was scratched! I do not want to pay the extra 20 plus shipping to try and get a new one since I already had to pay a hefty import fee. I am so disappointed to receive it like this and feel there's nothing. I can do unless I pay a lot more.

Hello Laura, We are so sorry that you have a scratch on your watch, all of our watches are checked before shipping and have a protective film to prevent any damages during transit, however, on occasion your parcel can be opened by customs before it arrives with you. We are very sorry that your watch has not arrived in perfect condition as it should. We have a customer service team who you can contact by email or chat (9am-5pm CET) and we will gladly arrange to send you a replacement watch with no charge of course. This is our policy with all of our watches should there ever be a fault.
