The neck massager has done wonders for…
The neck massager has done wonders for me. You'll feel the effectiveness right away, loosening the tightness in the neck, shoulder and upper back. If you travel a lot, as I do, be sure to keep tabs on the remote!

The customer service is courteous
The customer service is courteous. The massager is too much for my neck pain, so they are offering me a refund.

I’ve been very fortunate to receive great customer care when I had questions about the products and great suggestions from the Company Hugterra I use the neck massager daily and it has helped tremendously for my neck with my migraines.

DANGEROUS DO NOT BUY -CHINESE FAKE
Website was like a spell, I was hooked... made in the USA, US doctor video, promises, tech ...all the things. Bought the product, fell under the upsell buy two spell. I did it. Got the product. One use and I needed to go to the chiropractor to reset. I was laid out for a day and half with a migraine I've never had. DO NOT BUY THIS!!! - FRUADLENT MARKETING - no 60 DAY money back guarantee. They're based in CHINA, made in CHINA the whole website is FAKE! DO NOT BUY THIS DANGEROUS DEVICE --- shipped from CHINA -they will only refund if you ship and pay shipping and they say, "However your return shipping will cost more than the device so how about we give you a 30% refund and you can keep it." No thanks. Credit card dispute underway.

Great product
The neck device works well. It has many options to address your head and neck pains. We discovered 2 options that worked best for us. We enjoy using it.

Satisfied with support
My neck issue is beyond what the product can help with (pinched nerve requiring medical attention) but it still feels good. When the product shipped the remote controller was not working properly. After a short back-and-forth with support they sent me a new one (granted, it took about a month to receive) that worked perfectly. I'm satisfied with their support. I would recommend talking to a health professional to see if this product is right for you, however, before purchasing.
