SCAM - DO NOT BUY
IT IS A SCAM - DO NOT FALL FOR IT LIKE I DID!Received broken unit. Light will come on, but does not actually do anything. Unfortunately I did not find the "real reviews" until after I already purchased. This company is full of fake reviews. It is a cheap made product from China and not worth anything. There is no refund unless you pay to send it to Belgium on your own dime and then hope they actually refund the money.

Great product and support
I had suffered with arthritic neck pain and headaches for a couple of years, and I actually took physical therapy as well. Therapy helped, but after daily use for a couple of weeks with the Hugterra product, my neck pain and headaches were even more improved. I recently had a technical issue with the product, and the support team were very helpful in resolving it for me.

Bad product and customer service. Seems like scam company out of China.
Update: They sent an email back saying I could return it to Belgium. Umm this is supposed to be a US company out of Delaware. SCAM!!! Customer service number that they never pick up and cannot leave a message. Poorly packaged product shipped straight from China. They make it seem like a US company but it very obviously is not.No way to get a hold of the company or know how to return this poorly made product. It shocks like bee stings unlike a legitimate tens type machine. Very dissapointed and feel scammed. Will be disputing with CC company if return is not resolved soon.
