Contacts were the wrong prescription…
Contacts were the wrong prescription from the beginning & although I tried multiple times to cancel my subscription, they continued to bill my account and send contacts which are useless to me due to the wrong prescription. So I finally had to cancel my bank card just to get out of this mess. And then they finally respond and proceed to spout out incorrect info regarding their own policy on how to cancel an order while trying to give me the freaking run around, so at long last after schooling them on THEIR OWN POLICY, I am happily no longer a Hubble “customer” if you will...

Won’t use them again
I have asked numerous times for them to stop trying to charge my card. I didn’t receive the correct lense and they have made no attempt to correct their error after I told them it was the wrong diameter. There hasn’t even been an offer to send the correct ones.

This is actually why our team was unable to send out the correct lenses--we do not have lenses in a 14.0 diameter. Your account was cancelled when you contacted us, so you will not be charged any further. Love Hubble
I Was very nervous about trying Hubble contacts. But, Im happy to say they are great!! I have noticed my eyes seem to be very dry lately and that was my only problems with these. They seemed to dry out very quickly. Although it could just be because my allergies are worse here the past few weeks. When I called to cancel my subscription and explained why, I was informed that there were no contacts available by Hubble currently for consumers with dry eyes. They also said they would notify me by email when those type of contacts were offered . All in all I was very pleased with the customer service, the product itself and the overall experience.

I had a bad experience with your agent…
I had a bad experience with your agent I never received my contacts and she didn’t care so I cancelled my subscription

Read the Fine Print
Your fine print on your "free 15 pair" was not enough for me to know I was signing up for an expensive prescription. You should put that information in a more legible text size.

The contacts seemed to dry out much…
The contacts seemed to dry out much earlier in the day compared to other brands I've tried. I also didn't like that the only way to cancel was to call someone on the east coast before 4pm.

The price was what got me to try them…
The price was what got me to try them out because I pay so much for contacts! You definitely get what you pay for, they were pretty cheaply made. These weren't for me. Canceling was very easy; great customer service!
