NEVER RECEIVED MY CONTACTS!
NEVER RECEIVED MY CONTACTS!! I was billed three months straight.. and i haven't received any contacts. I have been e-mailing them to have more information and all they've been telling be is that it's out of their hands, and that I need to check with the carrier to track the package that has been sitting in a random facility for months now. This is not my responsibility! Never been so disappointed with a service. They won't refund me because they told me that they shipped them so it's to late?!? however they can see that I still havent received them two months and a half later.

FREE TRIAL IS A SCAM!!
There's no way to get ahold of Hubble to cancel! I have a ridiculous amount of boxes & keep getting charged & can't ANYONE to call me!!

You can also log into your Hubble account to view and adjust your delivery schedule. It does look like you were able to email our team at [email protected], and they responded to you twice, with information for how to cancel. The contacts I received were great
The contacts I received were great. I was skeptical at first, but after a couple months they were really good with timing and shipping. I'd recommend hubble to anyone.

I love Hubble!!!
I love how on time they are and how I never have to worry about running out. I had a problem one time but customer service was overly compassionate and helping and made everything overly correct and for that I'm much obliged. Thank you Hubble for being the best!!!

I love how you can customize how often you get your contacts also, there is no need to buy contact solution. This is the best way to get your contact lenses.
