Good product. No problems whatsoever

I appreciated receiving the contacts monthly on time, but had a horrible experience with customer service in cancelling my subscription by your company not taking care of it. I called, I emailed and still went over 6 months before you finally cancelled it. I had to close my account and open up a new one to get the automatic payments to stop because your company never followed through.

I had them for a year & tried to update my credit card info & get my monthly supply but they had stopped them & after emailing them at least twice never could get them started again & that was last November! The product is great but they do a lousy job of customer contact service!

The inly problem I have had is I cancelled my subscription and I continue to receive contacts and my card continues to be charged.

I like the convenience. It would be great if they didnt feel dry at end of day. This could be because I am used to wearing OaSys
