I get my contacts on time every month and I never have to worry about not having them. The contacts feel great and never bug my eyes as some other brands have. Just like any other contacts it is best to take them out in less than 8-9 hours, but I wear mine longer at times and I do add eye drops sometimes but they stay pretty moist throughout the day. I have recommended this brand to many of my family and friends and they too say these are the best brand!

I have a lot of trouble with managing my account. I changed my address and my contacts still sent to the old address. Changed my card and it charged the old card. Changed my subscription cycle and it didn't change. I wish they would email me before they charge my card because it's not always on time, says 42 days but doesn't charge on the 42nd day, etc.

I had ordered a years supply from your company. When my prescription changed unexpectedly, I called to see if I could exchange my remaining 10 months worth that were sealed still in the original shipping box. Your customer service was horrible. I asked repeatedly to speak with a supervisor or manager and they either told me no or took my name and number but no one ever called me back. I was stuck with 10 months worth of contacts that I couldn’t use and was out money as well. I ended up calling my eye dr and ordered contacts thru them so I had to pay again. My eye dr als I told me that they had no record of your company ever contacting them to verify my prescription. I had an email from you saying you did so did your company lie about that as well? I will never use your company again and will proceed to tell others not to either.

Contacts are good for what you pay for. They aren’t the best material to have in your eyes and they don’t last long as they dry our eyes out after a few hours. But I understand that the material they use is why they are able to keep the price so low. As far as the service goes, I disliked that there was no email notification that your next box was about to ship like other prescription services have. There should also be an option to cancel online or submit a request as calling to cancel was inconvenient with your business hours and just kinda outdated as the only option to cancel. I ended up cancelling that card (for other reasons) and I still constantly get notifications that you can’t charge my card and “we’re sorry to see you go.” I’ve had to block the address to stop the e-mails. So mainly all I can say is that there needs improvement.
