Horrible. Tried pausing my subscription as I have four boxes sitting in my bathroom cabinet and they still sent one. I’ve or been successful pausing my order when I actually reach someone. Very difficult. I should be doing that not writing this review.

Deliveries always on time. However no notice was given that prescription needed to be updated and delivery stopped without notice as well.

Once you send over your updated prescription, we’ll have your orders running smoothly again. Our customer service team will reach out to follow up and assist with updating your prescription.
