The contacts lenses are bad quality. They are too thin, fold into themselves and stick together when they fold. The lenses carry a lot of debris into the eye no matter how clean your fingers are.
Response from Hubble ContactsFeb 18, 2026
Hi Manuella, we’re truly sorry to hear that the lenses didn’t meet your expectations and caused discomfort. We understand how frustrating it must be to deal with defective lenses, especially when you rely on them daily. Please know that we take quality concerns very seriously, and would like the opportunity to look into this and help. Our customer service team will reach out to you to make sure you are fully supported and taken care of. Kind regards, The Hubble Contacts Team

I’ve been with Hubble for years, I would only change one thing better customer service options that actually answer when you need assistance! Don’t get me wrong they answer but wait times are horrid and they transfer from one desk to the next. Overall product is better than most
Response from Hubble ContactsFeb 2, 2026

You’re absolutely right that customer support should be easier and more efficient, and we’re sorry for the wait times and transfers you’ve experienced. Our customer service team will reach out to you to make sure everything is taken care of and that you’re fully supported. Kind regards, The Hubble Contacts Team

Prices keep going up
Response from Hubble ContactsFeb 2, 2026
Thank you for sharing your thoughts, Jorge. We understand how frustrating price increases can be. The most recent update was due to newly implemented tariffs, and we sent out a notification email to keep customers informed ahead of time. We truly appreciate your feedback and continued support. All the best, The Hubble Contacts Team

I didn’t want that brand I wanted something to hydrate my eye… I actually want a free trial of the hydration contacts to try out what best works for me. As a loyal customer for over a year or two I THINK I SHOULD BE ABLE TO GET DIFFERENT BRANDS TO SEE WHAT BEST WORKS FOR ME.
Response from Hubble ContactsJan 30, 2026

I understand how important it is for you to find a lens that keeps your eyes comfortable and well‑hydrated, and that you were hoping to try a different brand to see what works best for you. We truly value your loyalty over the past couple of years, and your feedback means a lot to us. I’ll look into all the options available so we can support you in the best way possible, and I’ll follow up with you by email with more information as soon as I have an update.
