Hubble has been a great way for me to purchase and acquire contacts. The customer service is top notch and the monthly price is great too!

I wanted to try the first free Hubble contacts so I made an account and gave my credit and I ordered them for $1 and I got it in 3-4 days but after two weeks I noticed that I was charged $128 for the subscription, which I never intended to do, and the package is on its to me,but I want to cancel and get my money back, so what would be the best course of action to take here.

After over 20 years of wearing daily disposables can honestly say these are the worst ever, very uncomfortable and make my eyes very itchy

Contacts come on time and very comfortable. Way better tan dealing people in the store that loose my order.

I love my contacts! Customer service has not been the best though. I have found it difficult to use the online method of contact and the verbal contact has failed me also. Hope they get this part of their business working because they are my favorite contacts ever!

Very convenient. Not as comfortable as others I've worn, they get dry by the end of the day. Cheap and easy so would recommend.

Hi Amy, Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. I’m so glad that the subscription service is working out for you, although, sorry to hear that the lenses feel dry on your eyes. You may find that over-the-counter rewetting drops may be a relief for dryness, if it doesn’t work, please visit your eye care professional to evaluate the cause and determine the best way to increase your contact lens wearing comfort. Best, Samantha

I’ve tried many well known contact brands in the past—Bausch + Lomb, Acuvue, and Dailies, to name a few—and I’ve found Hubble to be better than all of them. I experience less eye irritation when wearing Hubble contacts, and I like having the convenience of a subscription, especially one for which I can change the delivery schedule.
