Terrible customer service. Don’t see too many complaints? That’s because they proactively delete all negative comments on social media. That’s totally unethical. I emailed them a request and waited over a month for a response. I hope this company fails! I hope the CEO loses a fortune!

HORRIBLE customer service experience, get a different story with each person I speak with. I was sent a box when I didn't order one after receiving multiple emails that my subscription was cancelled. They sent me a return label, I returned the box and was told I would receive a refund upon receipt.... 3 months later and still no refund. I called today and now they will give the refund in 3-5 business days. So this charge continued to accrue interest on my credit card because of Hubble's lack of follow through. Their excuse was "they receive a lot of boxes".... that's not a good business excuse for an item that has a tracking number that should be scanned in upon receipt. It shouldn't take multiple calls and emails to return a package and receive the due refund, it's really silly and poor treatment of a customer who had spent a lot of money on your products over the years. I rarely write poor reviews and tend to give benefit of the doubt, but this was an absolute hot mess. I stopped using Hubble because my eye doctor was strongly against the product they use (older type of contact that doesn't allow adequate airflow) and due to the lack of customer service, I definitely won't be using Hubble again.

Pretty bad customer service. One star is being too generous.

I must admit these contact lenses are brilliant, I had my others from spec savers the Hubble one were more comfortable easy to put in and take out .
