I use the Hydro contacts every day
I use the Hydro contacts every day, except on the days I get a bad contact that’s ripped or embedded with lent. I’ll still try to use them cause I really don’t have choice but most of the time it’s too painful to keep in my eye, so sometimes I’ll only have one good eye to see out of cause I had to take the other one out. I tried contacting customer support but they can’t really do anything about it. They asked for a pic of the contact but they’re clear and so the camera can’t capture it and I can’t save them cause they dry up so quickly. I’m sure it’s time to change brands, I’ve just been with Hubble for so long even though my eye dr got mad at me for using the brand.

I have paid for Hubble seven different times and I have received one delivery I've contacted the company stating that they delivered to the wrong person and that these places where they delivered my contacts were not my home they said they were red delivering but yet still have not received any of my redeliveries. So today I have received one box of contacts out of seven

I had an issue with some defective contact lenses and I emailed customer service and they promptly responded and sent me a replacement. The replacement was sent to the wrong address, not their fault, however, they still sent me another replacement out that I've now received. Their customer service went above and beyond to make sure I had my supply of contacts for the month. I love Hubble.
