Hubble contacts are amazing and most importantly affordable! Their website is easy to manage and I can select when I need my contacts, select and bam, it’s in my front porch! My contacts are comfortable and I find this company absolutely amazing!

Hi Breanna, we’re sorry to hear that your subscription wasn’t canceled successfully. We’ve now taken care of the cancellation for you, and you can rest assured that no further lenses will be shipped. We’ve also processed a refund for the recent charge, which will be reflected in your account once your bank completes the transaction. If there’s anything else we can help you with, we’re always here and happy to assist. Kind regards, The Hubble Contacts Team

Based on a prior poor order experience I was supposed to have a coupon code applied to my next (this) order for 50% off. But, of coarse when that order was processed the coupon was no where to be found. Really wish Hubble would stick to doing what they say they will do….

Hi Devon, we’re really sorry about this. We processed a 50% refund this morning and reached out directly to understand how this happened. We definitely don’t want it happening again! Thank you for your patience and for giving us this feedback, without it we wouldn’t be able to improve. Kind regards, The Hubble Contacts Team

Canceled my subscription and got charged any how! $64.00 ! Don’t say I don’t cancel my subscription states deactivated
Response from Hubble ContactsMay 18, 2026
Hi Michele, we’re sorry to hear about the charge. We can see that you have multiple accounts; two are canceled, and one is still active. This may be related to a portal issue, which could explain why you are only seeing deactivated subscriptions. I have now canceled the remaining subscription and processed a refund. The funds should reach your account once your bank completes the transaction processing. If you need anything else, please let us know. Kind regards, The Hubble Contacts Team
