I can’t cancel manually
I can’t cancel manually. I don’t trust companies that don’t let me cancel simple subscriptions on my own.

Our company-wide outlook on cancellations is that we can troubleshoot many issues and answer outstanding questions quickly over the phone, in a two-minute call. You may cancel your subscription any time before your next order is processed by calling us at 1-844-334-1640 between 9AM and 5PM EST, Monday through Friday, and 1PM and 5PM, Saturday, excluding federal holidays. If you'd like to skip or push off an upcoming delivery, please log into your account to view and edit your delivery schedule until you can complete the cancellation call. Best, Samantha

Horrible service..
Horrible service... I have 4 unopened shipping boxes.. unopened contact boxes inside those boxes and the do not take returns... don't rely on them double checking your eye prescription with your Dr.never had contacts before. I sent wrong prescription it was for my over the counter lenses for reading. Called after first box to explain they sent me return label to refund but never got that $ back.. cxl my subscription with them in April and in October got 2 more boxes and another box Dec 2nd !!!!!they no longer take returns... ?? Below response has me chatting with Hubble associates..for the past couple of days... tell me yes send back if less then 30 days, then oh no sorry our policy changed??? What another waste of time.. just please stop trying to fix something you can’t! Im over this for the 2nd time i get it !! Im screwed with boxes i paid for and cant use!

It is ridiculous to be unable to change…
It is ridiculous to be unable to change the shipping schedule. I'm done. I have so many contacts, it will take me years to use.

I have been trying to cancel for a year…
I have been trying to cancel for a year now with no luck. I don’t like the contacts and do not wear them. You make it impossible to cancel service.

prescription was wrong- did nothing to…
prescription was wrong- did nothing to correct the issue. I will continue to tell people not to use this SCAM
