I love the contacts, but don't like the delivery times. They are too long for an automated subscription service. It takes to long if you make a change and you can't RUSH order contacts if you needed to.

Hi Lisa, Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. I’m so happy to hear that you’re loving the lenses, but sorry about the delay in shipments. That is frustrating, and part of what we are happy to offer is the convenient month to month delivery. All international mail coming into Canada is subject to review by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) and this is a process we have no influence or control over, unfortunately. We suggest changing the interval between charges to 28 days (you currently have 42 days). This should help minimize the delivery time, to make up for weekends and other delaying factors. We'll continue to look into the issue on our end if you do not see an improvement. I stopped receiving my contact lenses for two months despite the regular subscription and payment. I have not changed address in the time I’ve been with the service 🤷🏽♀️
