On November 2, we advised you to call in to stop further shipments but we don't have a record of you having contacted us via phone. Your request for a refund and cancellation has been approved and processed on February 7. While the replacement item was delivered on February 26. Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. I’m sorry to hear the subscription charge came as a surprise to you, as we try to make this clear throughout the ordering process. Your subscription will begin 16 days after you complete your free box order. The monthly charge is authorized when you place the order, and can be adjusted at the request of the customer, and can be canceled via a simple phone call with our customer service team during our business hours, as stated on our site. We, unfortunately, don't refund valid charges nor accept a return for a refund. This was a general business decision made to help protect the safety regulations of our contacts. Since these are class II medical devices it takes longer to inspect them upon return and was causing problems and delays for our customers. Rest assure you that our replacement policies are still intact and if there is a problem caused by the business that we would be happy to replace. This information was stated on our website and on our terms of service.
