Hubble subscription program is not consistent
In theory, Hubble is great, a subscription-based program that will have contacts at your door before you run out. Sadly this is not the case. During the time that I was a member, I had to follow up on my orders time and time again. I was told there was a glitch with their address label system which was identified after numerous emails to customer service but was never corrected in the system, which left me without contacts for months. It would have been understandable if it happens once but it was ongoing to the point that I cancelled my subscription. Also, there is no contact number for customer service only email unless you want to cancel then you are provided with a number. Silver lining- the customer service agent responded quickly.
