The contacts seem cheap and hard to…
The contacts seem cheap and hard to wear all day. That and it seems impossible to cancel my order on my phone

They come like clock work every month…
They come like clock work every month no hassle, I love the different colored boxes.

Defective lenses
I am on my 2nd order, not counting the $1 trial. I seem to find at least 10-12 contacts per order that are defective. They have an irregular shape, are stuck to the container and warped as a result or are completely dried out. It is disappointing to have to throw away and waste something especially when I am traveling and have allotted a specific # of contacts for my trip. Thankfully I always carry a backup set of glasses. I love the convenience and general value that I get with these because my normal contact order from the optometrist is $300+ I just thing there might need to be better QA with your products.

I love having high quality contacts…
I love having high quality contacts delivered to my door and, I’ve never had an issue with wearability. Hubble has my business for life!

I can’t get in contact with anyone to…
I can’t get in contact with anyone to cancel my subscription an have been charged for the past two months.

I love the convenience of receiving my…
I love the convenience of receiving my contacts but mail. When I thought my shipment was late i was able to reach out via email and i recieved a quick response and I recieved a quick response as to when they would arrive. And the arrived exactly when I was told they would!
