Hubble has a great product and their website is simple and lets me get their product. I've had to talk to their support when I moved and left my contacts behind, and when my prescription lapsed, and they were great then too :)

Very hard to cancel subscription- unethical and untrustworthy process
This company only lets you cancel your subscription by phone, and every time I've called I haven't been able to reach anyone. AND I wasn't able to access my account, and the password reset link they sent me wouldn't work. So basically I couldn't cancel my subscription by phone, and couldn't even log in to my account to delay it. It seems like the website is either just really glitchy, or intentionally set up to make it very hard to log in and delay your shipment. And obviously having to cancel your subscription by phone is ridiculous and unethical. Any other subscription services I have allow customers to cancel their subscription online, because a good company is trustworthy and not trying to swindle you. Lastly, Hubble only reaches out to you when you've already been charged and you can't do anything about it. I asked for a refund since I couldn't get in touch with anyone about canceling my subscription, and apparently that's against company policy.
