I have had a chance to look into this, and I do see that you sent our customer service team emails on August 15 and January 2, to which the team responded with our subscription cancellation information. It is common when buying other contact…
It is common when buying other contact lens brands, you get a defective one in the pack. It seems to happen regardless of the brands you buy. My last Hubble box had one defective one but not the previous order. Overall, I am happy with the delivery and overall quality.

I have been using these contacts for…
I have been using these contacts for about 2 1/2 years and for people with no health insurance so this has been a saving grace for me! I will continue to use them... I just wish there was an option under your account just send contacts now if you need them in a quick instant

Hubble delivery’s my contacts timely to…
Hubble delivery’s my contacts timely to where I don’t get to the point I’m on my last pair and panicking on what I’m going to do. The prices are affordable I just wish they were a bit more moisturizing other then that I love Hubble and I will continue to order from them
