The contacts are great, but i don’t like that they just ship without a notice in advance. It would be nice for a heads up so i can go in and modify my account of i don’t need contacts just yet. (Which you can do — if you keep up with your billing time). Just saying, a pre-shipment reminder would be nice.

Hi Courtney, Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. I appreciate you sharing your thoughts about having email notifications. I can understand how that feature would come in useful to you. Unfortunately, it’s not something that’s in our future plans at this time. The majority of our customers use us to manage their subscription online where they have access to skipping orders on their account page and changing the frequency of deliveries. If that changes, we might rethink your suggestion. In the meantime, I hope you continue to enjoy our service! If there’s anything else I can help you with, please let me know by sending an email to [email protected] with the subject line "ATTN: Trustpilot". Thanks! Best, Samantha

They sent me the wrong prescriptions, and they refused to return money or send right prescription. I spoke to my optometrist and they were able to confirm that this company NEVER SENT A PRESCRIPTION VERIFICATION. I had ordered contacts from different places and if there was ever an error on my prescription they would contact me. This company Never checked with my doctor and sent me 4 boxes of wrong prescription that they won't accept back. Stay away from this company. Simply thieves.

With current covid ship delays and such my trial box arrived 12 days after the order and Hubble started my paid monthly subscriptions(4 days after) before I could even try them out properly. They refused to refund me for the $36 subscription charge and refused to accept the issue of delays and covid. this company will not be around in 2 years the way it is run.
Response from Hubble ContactsJun 2, 2020
Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. I apologize for the delay you are definitely not alone. Due to Covid-19 major carrier services everywhere are experiencing extreme delays in their delivery times. We are doing everything we can to honor our shipping time frame of 5 to 10 business days. I would love to find out more about what happened so that we can make this right. Please send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "ATTN: Trustpilot" and we'll happily get back to you ASAP! Best, Samantha
