College Student loving Hubble
I personally love these contacts as a college student. The price, quality, and billing flexibility keep me with Hubble! I have always had helpful customer service whenever I needed to skip my orders. It's worth trying out!

Hi Amaury, Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. I’m so sorry your order hasn’t arrived. I know how frustrating this must be, especially at this time. I’ve tracked the package via USPS, and it’s currently listed as received by the post office and is ready for pickup. If you’d like to check on its progress, you can use the link we sent you via email. If you have additional questions, don't hesitate to reach out to my team at [email protected] with the subject line "ATTN: Trustpilot" --we're happy to offer assistance! Best, Samantha

Contacts are uncomfortable
Contacts are uncomfortable, and when I called to cancel my subscription, the person tried to convince me not to cancel. I liked the convenience of Hubble but not the quality or customer service.

Hi Daisy, Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. I am happy to hear Hubble lenses work well for you, but sorry that they are occasionally a little dry. You may find that over-the-counter rewetting drops may be a relief for dryness. Feel free to reach out to my team at [email protected] if there's anything we can help with. Best, Samantha
