Enjoyed my contact lenses
Enjoyed my contact lenses. They do feel comfortable to wear and fresh . They do fit perfectly and do last more than my other contact lenses. I'm truly happy

A pretty box but not much else...
The contact lenses aren’t bad quality but not the best in comparison to other lenses at a similar price. The automated delivery of the lenses cannot be brought forward and I found that often I used more than one pair as they dried out quicker than the brand I used before. So I’ve ended up buying additional lenses from another retailer. When I’ve emailed about this to cancel I was told I had to call... when I tried to call I was told to email... the box is pretty but otherwise it’s nothing worth switching to.

Hi Rebecca, Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. I'm so sorry that your experiences with our lenses fell short of expectations but we do require you to call in to cancel your subscription, which is why our phone line is toll free and does not cost you anything to call. If you'd like to skip or push off an upcoming delivery, please log into your account to view and edit your delivery schedule until you can complete the cancellation call. I appreciate your help and look forward to resolving your issue. Best, Samantha

I have tried to cancel my subscription…
I have tried to cancel my subscription on multiple occasions and I am always met with the same dilemma- a phone number that doesn’t ring through- an email from someone that is incompetent and cannot help and a very delayed refund. After almost a year I am still battling to cancel my subscription!

Great value, great product, great service
Hubble is an easy to use service, provided their cylinder size fits your prescription. I’m a close fit and their product is high-quality, great value, and comes in reliable intervals with quantity that I can trust enough to have spares should I need them. If you’re on the fence about trying them, their £1 sample box is genius, try it out at very little cost and see if it suits you. I’ve saved a lot of money compared to Vision Direct, which was a great service but can’t beat Hubble, in my opinion.
