Affordable and comfortable lenses, highly recommend, always arriving on time

Really good company for contact lenses, they are so soft on the eye and great for money tbh

I have been very upset with Hubble. I have emailed and called several times to stop my deliveries. I am so upset because you keep taking my money and I desperately need that money during this time. I have at least 8 - 10 boxes straight out of my mailbox that has not been opened, much less the contact boxes inside.

Always on time, and very convenient.

Do Not Trust Hubble! My husband and I were former customers in 2018, but cancelled a few months later. Since then neither of us have had any contact with Hubble. A few days ago we were noticed that $39 was taken from my husband’s debit card and when we called our bank and found out it was Hubble. I immediately called them to find out why they took $39 from the card the representative said that we ordered contacts . I told her that we haven’t ordered contacts from them in a couple of years. The rep then told me the emails connected to the account, which weren’t associated to either me or my husband. She then stated the address the contacts were sent to, which was not our address. After the representative was aware that the account did not belong to us she told me she’d cancel the account but could not refund us the $39 that they took. When I asked why not she said they’re not able to issue refunds. I asked to speak with a manager and I was told someone would call me back, but no one did. I had to call again & finally received a call from a supervisor named Roman, who basically told me that even though the account wasn’t ours they don’t give refund to “successful deliveries”, I asked what that even meant since we never ordered or received any contacts, he said contacts were delivered to the address on the account. I asked him to see who signed for the contacts, and he told me they don’t require a signature. So I asked him that even though it’s not our name, email, or address, they’re refusing to refund our debit card because the contacts were successfully delivered to a complete stranger and he told me that was correct. I immediately filed a complaint with the BBB and received a call from a Hubble supervisor the next day. I told her what happened and she confirmed that it was an unauthorized charge, but refused to refund the money because contacts were sent out to someone. So even though Hubble admitted to us that they took an unauthorized charge from our debit card they still refused to refund it & make it right. Do not trust this company with your debit/credit card, because THEY HAVE NO PROBLEM CHARGING IT LONG AFTER YOU’VE BEEN A CUSTOMER AND REFUSE TO REFUND IT!

amazing customer service

Great contacts and flexible payment/delivery scheduling. Keep it up!
