Great Service If You Want to Subscribe
A great service, really happy. Very comfortable lenses and lovely packaging. A bit annoying that you have to cancel over the phone, but it took less than a minute to do so and the person who handled my cancellation was very helpful.

I enjoyed using Hubble for several…
I enjoyed using Hubble for several months until July, when I never received my contacts. I contacted Hubble July and told my shipment went out on July 17. I was told “Shipments may take up to 10 business days! Let’s give it 2 more days and if it hasn’t arrived we’ll send a replacement!” I checked the tracking they sent and the contacts had never even left their facility. I emailed again 2 days later on July 26 and was told “I’m sorry! Our shipments have been impacted by the pandemic! :( Lets wait until Tuesday!” I’m a small business owner, and I know that things have been messed up. But you can’t blame this on the pandemic when the item CLEARLY never left your facility. Neither rep I spoke to bothered to check the tracking or even seemed to care about the fact that I CANT SEE. This isn’t a t shirt or random item. This is an item I need for my DAILY LIFE. I can’t drive, I can’t work, I can’t do ANYTHING if I can’t see!! Super disappointed because I did like the product and the fact they were delivered to my house without worrying about it. Unfortunately after this incident I’ll be cancelling my subscription and sharing this review as many places as I can. I depend on Hubble for an item that is vital to my daily life. Not only did they drop the ball, they couldn’t seem to care less.

I don't have anything to say that is…
I don't have anything to say that is very bad about these contacts. Every once in a while I get one that just doesn't fit in just right. That's it.They are always on time, they fit me well, I don't have to order three or four boxes at a time, automatic order works for me, once a month payment. The best part... clean contacts every day. I no longer have to buy a cleaning solution. Makes my life easier. Thanks Hubble!

Lack of customer service
I was charged $1 to restart my subscription with a different prescription on July 20th. I have not received the new box of contacts nor has anyone answered my emails regarding it. I tried calling and the wait time said it should be about 3 minutes and I was on hold for over 15 min before I hung up, without getting to speak to anyone regarding my issue. I’ve used Hubble in the past and never had an issue with it up until this point.. I would really like the customer service team to step up and help though so I can continue to use this service once again..

I do see your open ticket with us and our support team will get back to you within the day with more info. Normally, if the line is busy due to high call volumes, we will get back to you promptly via the callback feature! We have added the callback feature so customers can select to have an agent dial them back in the order that they called in. Essentially the feature acts as a place keeper without having to wait on the phone. I’ve passed this on to my team – we’ll make sure we get better and improve our customer service delivery. Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service, once they have your bank account details they’ll take money from your account regardless. Bunch of scammers *****BEWARE*****

Not Overall
Not Overall Product quality would be 3 or 4 stars, but that is personal as my eyes sting with their solution, delivery speed 5 stars .... trying to revise payments, cancel subscription, finding someone to talk to regarding stopping orders and getting a refund minus 3 !!
