I would give it no stars
I would give it no stars, after leaving a review to say how sore these contacts made my eyes then I phoned my bank to make sure no more payments were taken out and whAt happens they use a different name and steal yes its theft as I have not given you my permission to take my yes my money, how dreadful this company is, I'm getting in touch with the omnibus man. KEEP AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Flimsy contacts
Flimsy contacts, great customer service until you try to cancel then their all-digital business model requires a phone call. After multiple times calling, being hung up on, having their system frozen so they couldn't find my account, I finally was able to get out of my subscription even though I hadn't been living in a place they ship to for over half a year. There are better options, don't get stuck with Hubble.

Incorrect prescription
I've tried giving them a chance after my first order of contacts was incorrect. The second time I received them still incorrect prescription for one eye and the one that was correct the contact was poorly made. I can't see anything out of them they are blurry as if they just slapped the prescription sticker blindly on any box and sent them out.

Dissappointed
I am very disappointed in Hubble Contacts. Since they are not open on the weekend for you to talk to I do not believe they should process orders on the weekend. My order was not suppose to be charged till October 3rd. When I tried to change it ,it told me August 27 of next year but came out September 27,2020. Since you cant call them till today they refused to fix it. I am a single mom who is paycheck to paycheck. And the fact that they refused to let me talk to anyone higher up and the fact they refused to even refund the money since I could not talk to anyone till today is bs.I will never use hubble contacts ever again. Ever!

I cancel my subscription and you keep…
I cancel my subscription and you keep sending me contacts that are not my prescription I don’t want them you need to stop sending them the last two months I’ve got them I don’t order from you anymore do not charge my bank account or my credit card do not do it it is an authorized charge if you have to take it off I’ll send them back but I shouldn’t have to pay for shipping for your mistake

I would give a 0/5 but it doesn't let…
I would give a 0/5 but it doesn't let you. I requested a free trial,and found the lenses were uncomfortable for me. Have been emailing the company but emails are bouncing back to me ,saying can't deliver your email. Taking my money,had to cancel my credit card so they can't take any more money. Major dodgy company. Impossible to email company and get a reply. Scammers big time.
