In terms of how reliable your contacts showing up every month is you wont get much better. But, everything else was terrible. If at any point you need to cancel, customer service is a nightmare to deal with, and nearly impossible to get a representative that is competent. That, plus, in order to cancel you need to contact a COMPLETELY separate department: their "Cancellation Department". Until you take the time to take all of these steps, they WILL charge your card multiple times a month, trying to "deliver" your contacts. This happened to me, and then they couldnt deliver them. So, they charged my account, waiting almost 9 days, told me they couldn't send my contacts out, and I recieved my refund 3 days after I was told my order couldnt be shipped out. Go somewhere else, save yourself the headache.

Hi Ryan, Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. I am so sorry to hear that you have had such a poor experience that you no longer want to work with us. Customer satisfaction is always a number one priority for us. I'm deeply sorry that that wasn't clearly demonstrated to you. As much as I hate to see you go, I completely understand how upset you must feel. I apologize again for any trouble we may have caused you. Let me know if you have any more questions, comments, or concerns at [email protected]. Best, Samantha

Great price and product. I wish that you could turn off the auto next ship. I wear contacts and glasses so I don't need them shipped quite so often. I would prefer to have them shipped on demand as an option

I love Hubble, I haven’t been wearing my contacts as much since I heard you can contract Covid through your eyes, but I love my contacts! I can’t wait to wear them again

I have ordered from Hubble for 2yrs now. I like the idea of having a pair of fresh contacts everyday. I am very pleased and satisfied with their contacts!! No daily cleaning, no soaking overnight, and love the idea of not having to spend extra money on solution, a case, or cleaners!!! 😊😉💞

It’s really nice knowing you won’t run out of contacts. The product is good. I like having daily’s it feels fresh. They are a little drying at first, that goes away. I have accidentally slept in them a few times and they work well. I am really happy I switched.
