Their service is phenomenal
Their service is phenomenal! I’ve been using Hubble contacts for a while now and I haven’t had any issues with them whatsoever. The contacts lenses always arrive on time! I definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for daily disposable / high quality contact lenses.

My experience
I canceled my subscription and they continue to try and charge my card. Second your eyes have to be the same prescription in each eye.. this is just my experience.

Hi Holly, Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. I’m sorry to hear that you have had some trouble cancelling your subscription. It looks like your account is still active. I do see that you sent our customer service team an email on August 6, to which team responded with our subscription cancellation information. Since we do keep a record of every single phone call made to our team within business hours, I can see no calls made yet. I will reach out to you shortly via email to discuss a solution to your issue together. Looking forward to hearing back from you. Best, Samantha

need a function to cancel subscriptions online instead of calling
Response from Hubble ContactsOct 7, 2020
Hi Kristy, Thank you for taking the time to leave this review and we appreciate you sharing your thoughts about our cancellation options. Our company-wide outlook on cancellations is that we can troubleshoot many issues and answer outstanding questions quickly over the phone, in a two minute call, rather than go back and forth via email. Our phone line is toll free and does not cost you anything to call. Nevertheless, I will reach out to you shortly via email, to assist you with your request. Best, Samantha

After 5 hours I get the feeling of dryness I give them 4 stars
Response from Hubble ContactsOct 14, 2020
Hi Yessica, Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. I’m sorry to hear that these lenses feels dry on your eyes. Artificial tears are often the first line of defense if you have dry eyes. You should actually use them even when your eyes feel fine because that helps to prevent dryness from cropping up. As a reminder, adequate follow-up by an eyecare professional is essential for the safe use of HUBBLE Daily contact lenses. Always follow the recommendations of your eyecare professional and make regular visits. Let me know if you have any questions by emailing us at [email protected] with the subject line "ATTN: Trustpilot", we will be happy to answer them. Best, Samantha
