Reliable service at a great price. Had a minor billing issue I wasn’t pleased with how it was handled, but that was one minor issue over several years of service. Would highly recommend!

I love hubble! The daily contacts are perfect for me and delivery schedule is flexible and easy to change. There have actually been a couple of times that I have run out of contacts and I was able to email customer service and they took care of me quickly.

Hubble have charged me for contacts I didn't want or sign up for. They will not give me a refund until I return the contacts, that haven't even been shipped out yet!! The customer service is an actual joke. Dont go near this company they just want to take your money!!

Hi Kathleen, Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. I’m sorry to hear the subscription charge came as a surprise to you, as we try to make this clear throughout the ordering process. If you see a charge, it means we've already shipped a paid order to you; we use a third party shipping carrier, so we're unfortunately unable to pull the order back at this point. However, you can definitely return your shipment once you receive it! Please reach out to my team at [email protected] with the subject line "ATTN: Trustpilot" and we will provide your label. Best, Samantha

Hubble Contacts have been a great thing in my life now for over 2 years. I love the convenience of mail orders and the Contacts are shipped directly to my home. The prices are really good also and that makes Hubble even more appealing.
