Convenient, but some cannot be used
It’s convenient to have the contacts sent to me every month. I like having daily contacts, however every month there are contacts I cannot use because they are dried up along the edges. This sometimes results in me not having enough contacts for the month.

Very intelligent idea...
Very intelligent idea.... Hate having to order contacts from my insurance and waiting to receive them.

I love that I can get these delivered…
I love that I can get these delivered to my house! But sometimes they come out ripped and I can't use them.

Decent Service
I find Hubble to be convenient and they automatically charge my HSA card so I don't even have to think about it every month. The only down side would be that at least once a week I have to throw out a contact because it is thicker than normal and very uncomfortable in my eye.

Crooks that avoid all contact to make you forget about them.
Decided to try contacts for the first time with Hubble for £1 a trial box. 2 weeks after despite no warning I get debited £27 for a box I did not ask for. No email or contact of any sort to let me know it was coming. Decided to cancel immediately but I get told that my SECOND BOX for £27 has already been processed hence I will be debited soon for another box I didn't ask for. Also the only way to cancel is to call their customer service making the process ever so harder. Sorry but no company should operate like that. These people are dishonest and they know it!
