GREAT quality but really inconsistent shipping

The contacts are of GREAT quality. I absolutely love them and the fact that they are WAY CHEAPER than the ones I used to get at the eye doctor. The boxes they come in are so cute too! I love them! The only problem that I have that is causing me to take away two stars is that I never know when my contacts are going to come in. I am always hoping and guessing that they will come in every month. However, I have had problems where Hubble has skipped a few months in a row, and I have had to email them and go through the hassle of reminding them each month that I need my contacts. They need to communicate with me better when my contacts are shipped. They also need to keep better track of sending the contacts every month so customers do not need to remind them each time.

Hi Jessica, Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. I’m so happy to hear that you’re loving the comfort of our lenses, it's pricing and packaging. We have 5 different box colors and we like to switch them up to make our shipments more colorful. We understand your disappointment. This started when your October shipment was skipped by the rep when you emailed in on September. You have mentioned on your email that you don't want to be charged this month (September) and not receive anything. This maybe the reason that agent skipped the October shipment and informing you about the next charge date. We apologize if there is a miscommunication in between. The frequency of your orders and we’ll now send them out every 28 days. Your next subscription order is scheduled for March 10. You have the option to manage your subscription through your Hubble account. You can skip or view shipments by logging into your Hubble account and going to your Delivery Schedule. Let us know if there’s anything else we can help with at [email protected] with the subject line "ATTN: Trustpilot". Again, thank you for your feedback! Thanks for your time and have a great day, Roxanne
