Absolute scammers
Absolute scammers. They offer a free trial and then sign you up for a subscription without consent. This is not clear at all when you sign up for the free trial. I've just checked an it says "every 28 days" in faint writing under the order summary but no other indication. Very shady. Avoid at all costs.

I have just received my first box of…
I have just received my first box of Hubble lenses and I can’t think of a single thing I would change the packaging is small and the contacts themselves are brilliant haven’t seen this clear in years thank you I will be continuing my subscription with you hopefully for many years to come

Las lentes ya no me vienen bien muy buena atención

No las recomiendo para ojos sensibles
El servicio está bien, al igual que la atención al cliente. Siempre me han resuelto las dudas muy rápido. Las lentillas no sabría decir, pues no sé si es que mis ojos se han vuelto demasiado sensibles o es que la calidad que podría mejorar. A pesar de ser de diarias y de que no utilizo lentillas muy a menudo ( están descansados al momento de usarlas), las pocas veces que me las pongo resultan molestas al par de horas de llevarlas. Pero bueno igual es algo personal y no compatibilizan bien con mis ojos que son algo sensibles. De más joven usaba bastante lentillas (mensuales) y en aquel momento me molestaban menos, no sé exactamente qué es lo que puede influir. Quizás sería interesante tener otros tipos de lentillas para elegir.

Cada ojo es diferente por lo que quizá el material o el tamaño de nuestras lentillas no es exactamente el ideal en tu caso. Por favor, consulta con un especialista por si quizá necesites un tipo de material diferente para cumplir con las necesidades de tus ojos, pero tomamos nota de tu comentario para mejorar en el futuro :)

Leider kann die Sehstärke nicht selbst geändert werden
Ich bin mit den Linsen und der Lieferung bisher sehr zufrieden. Auch die Zahlung klappt problemlos. Hingegen die Webseite ist leider nicht gut. Ich kann weder meine Werte (Sehstärken) selbst ändern (das sollte dringend ermöglicht werden!) noch ist sie sonderlich übersichtlich. Auch braucht es oft sehr lang (bei bester Internetverbindung), bis die einzelnen Seiten geladen sind. Auf meine erste Mail bezüglich der Änderung meiner Sehstärke folge keine Reaktion oder Antwort. Es wäre wünschenswert, hier leichter Daten und Werte über die Webseite ändern zu können sowie die Seite etwas übersichtlicher und benutzerfreundlicher zu gestalten.

Hubble for free colored lenses
I wish I could order some colored contact lenses with the 30 pack of lenses for $1 that would be awesome because I love ordering the 30 trial pack of lenses using different email addresses and different names on the order from. Therefore I can sneak by the radar and not get my order denied. Please take into consideration the possibility of giving us one pair of colored lenses with our first order.
