No service has been scheduled after I submitted my service request 2 weeks ago
I submitted a service request for my home A/C system issue on 5/27. It's been two weeks. I called HSC many times. My calls were cut off multiple times after I held the line for 40+ minutes. So I had no choice but left my call back number. Sometimes HSC representatives did call me back. Every representative asked me to hold the line for a few minutes while they checked their internal team on the status, and then came back telling me that the team were diligently working on assigning a local contractor and urged me to keep my phone line open for a call from HSC to schedule an appointment. This has happened probably 10+ times. One time a representative gave me an alternative solution - asking me to provide a list of local contractors. Within an hour I gave her the list of ~15 local A/C repair companies/contractors including their numbers. Yet still no progress has been made since then. I requested the attention from a supervisor. I was told the request was filed but I haven't got a call yet. HSC representatives were all saying because of CV19 some contractors hesitate to work. But in my neighborhood home improvement projects are pretty active. I saw multiple A/C companies worked for our neighbors. I don't want to waste my time complaining about HSC, but I don't know what else I could do to get them to work on my case. It's getting fairly hot some days in MA now. It's very difficult to work at home without an A/C. So ATTENTION PLEASE HSC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Is there a way to get my contract money back if they fail to provide the service based on the contract? I am truly amazed by the luck of those who rated their experience with HSC 5 stars.
