7 weeks with no delivery or valid tracking information
Ordered a standard bottle from here ($74) and never received a valid tracking number or information about the carrier. I continued to ask for a valid tracking number and/ or working link and they kept deflecting saying it would be delivered soon. I was working with their “customer service” (seemed to be an AI Agent and was very UNHELPFUL) over the course of 7 weeks when I finally demanded a refund. They told me they would refund me, but 4 days later I have yet to receive it. ABSOLUTE SCAM!!!!!!!

My daughter gifted me a bottle
My daughter gifted me a bottle, when I opened it , it has a large dent. Company sent reply from AI…they will not replace it…… wow all my friends will see me drinking out of a bottle with a dent, and I will tell them House of Ayurveda will not stand behind there copper bottles. UPDATE: on June 12, a replacement bottle is in shipping process. I’m sure it was a misunderstanding, will love my copper bottle. Great service.

From the first wash there are rust…
From the first wash there are rust spots inside and outside of all of these, the tumbler and cups. Complete waste of good money

Please don’t worry, copper can sometimes develop dark spots or oxidation marks when exposed to water, air, or moisture, and it may look like “rust,” but pure copper does not rust like iron. These marks are usually natural oxidation and can be cleaned. Kindly send us your order ID along with 4–5 clear photos and 1 short video of the tumbler and cups, showing the inside and outside. Our team will review them right away and guide you with the proper cleaning solution.
