Very disappointed. My bottle came just as I started to wonder at the amount of time it took. A few days later, I started using it. Just beyond the 30 day warranty, the lid became jammed on. I tried and had other people try to get it off. No luck. Reached out to company and got your out of warranty but here are some suggestions. Tried them all and none worked. Reached out for any other suggestions and no response. What a waste of money.

There are some blemishes inside the bottle. Since it’s hand crafted, could be due to that. Trying to develop the practice of using pure copper.

I had to wait on my order & it was a gift. But when ordering there is no disclosure that lets you know delivery time is longer. Cleaned it like the instructions said & then filled it with water at night like they tell you to & by morning the water had leaked out all over my counter. When I reached out to them they said sorry you are past the return window. Wow! Very disappointed with product & customer service.

Like so many of the one star reviewers here, this company is not a good company. We were sent a lid that was defective and not made correctly, it had very sharp areas right where you use your fingertips to open and close the lid. So sharp, it made little cuts in the fingertips. This lid can not ever be used, you will be injured by using it. I contacted the company twice, they will NOT replace the lid. I haven't even used the bottles as yet, who knows what else I will find wrong, at this point, but I do already know this company won't make it right. Do not order anything from this company if you want to feel assured that if something might be wrong they would make it right......because they won't.

I have tried 3 different products from this Company and I have been extraordinarily pleased with all 3 of them! However, my personal favourite has to be the Daily Glow Oil, which allows me to only add a little blusher to my face, without the need to use foundation. It can highly recommend these products for everyone, Male as well as Female!!

I’m enjoying my copper bottle. I think it may be helping my stomach issues. Less bloating anyway.

Yes the Copper worked fir the whole family we sleep well no more body aches we feel refreshed and look young again.

I still have not received my order and it’s been almost a month since I placed an order. I’m starting to think I have been scammed
