Payper closing and Housejet are a total scam. They will take you money and you wont get it back, by their design, and you wont get real referrals. These customers by their words are supposed to be referrals. Bogus phone#, emails, names, 90 yrs old, never signed up, homeless, bought a home 5 years ago and not moving. You are supposed to get 8 -12 referrals each month - months go by and you get 0 I finished out the 12 months requested a refund and denied and you will be also denied. complaints with attorney generals in multiple state, board of realtors, BBB, internet complaints

Hello Nick, It was clear you did not meet the qualifications for a refund which is why you were first denied. Allowing members to receive a refund without meeting those qualifications undermines the integrity of the program. Additionally, it would be unfair to those who did their part in meeting the qualifications by adhering to their contractual agreement during their 12-month term. However, we are not against considering exceptions for those who did not quite meet the criteria. We did provide this client with three options to continue to work with us and receive leads or terminate their account. We also offered a refund to the agent but continued to make threats to individuals at our company. We asked Nick to try to maintain professional behavior during this time as threats are not necessary when processes are in place. We always love to help our clients and are still willing to work with this agent on continuing or working on the refund process.

I've been with HouseJet for approximately 9 months and have received around 10 leads, none of which I've been able to connect with. I believe there has been a misrepresentation in how they vet their leads. During my conversation with the representative, I was assured that there would be a live conversation with a lead before transferring them to me. Additionally, they emphasized their ability to directly book lead appointments into my calendar. However, none of these commitments were fulfilled, and it seems that the leads are sourced from typical platforms like Facebook. I've invested over $2000 without any meaningful results.

Hey Arlene, after looking further into your account you have over 30 leads from us. This is actually lower than normal but as we looked more into your activity log it looks like you didn't keep up with your leads so your marketing was deactivated. We don't follow up with your leads if you aren't going to participate in the program. Below is each time you went inactive and your marketing was shutoff: Marketing was disabled because of not working leads for agent Arlene Cristobal at Sep 18th 2023 10:47 am Marketing was disabled because of not working leads for agent Arlene Cristobal at Oct 11th 2023 10:47 am Marketing was disabled because of not working leads for agent Arlene Cristobal at Nov 7th 2023 09:47 am Marketing was disabled because of not working leads for agent Arlene Cristobal at Dec 10th 2023 09:47 am

Don't do it! I have given it some time, done the work, and no valid clients have come of it. Many many dead in clients. Bogus numbers, etc. I should have known better. Don't waste your money.

Hello, thank you for providing feedback, hopefully, the appointments we have booked for you and the people who have answered are ready to start working with you. These potential clients are providing their information for you and we do highly suggest speed to lead, the sooner you can contact them the better. I would suggest attending at least one of our 5 weekly trainings, Q&As, and coaching in the private community to get more information or questions answered.

HouseJet has nailed it by “cutting to the chase”, with combining their many years of experience and expertise and using their “state of art” real estate sales and marketing systems, which are inseparable if one is to be successful as soon as possible.

Glad to be able to provide the best to our partners. Looking forward to seeing what you can do Steve! We love feedback so please reach out to our customer support whenever you have anything you would like to share!

Overall impressed with the set up! Impressed with the script as well, I have been selling real estate 25 years and this script helped me to rethink how I have been talking all of these years. It definitely is going to change up my game a bit. I want to give this script to my entire team except I paid for this system and I am not handing over my tools if they aren't paying for it too. Ha Ha. I am ready to get going and make this a good 2024 using this system and this system only.
Response from HouseJetJan 23, 2024
Wow! This is an awesome story, we're going to have to share this with the team. That script is a big resource and tool to use! We have our downline live now so you can refer them and get a percentage of their transactions! Let's make 2024 the best it can be!

Great job so far with these videos. Very on point to what I learned in training, but even better with details. Although I do a lot of it, there was a great deal I need to be reminded of.
Response from HouseJetJan 23, 2024
Highly recommended to dive into the rest of the training and see the more in-depth videos! Great videos to come back to and keep reminding yourself every so often. were also always adding more training to help our agents succeed. Glad to have you with us Melissa!

Horrible company with junk leads. I did a year with Housejet, and they promised a full refund, but the fine print made me do all these things, like call leads at least 8 times. People think you are harassing them. They also messed up their Facebook ads they did for me. I am in Pennsylvania and was getting leads in Minnesota and New Hampshire, among other states. I befriended an employee who is no longer there, and they said they make sure no one gets the refund. Horrible company. They also have a fine-print clause that prevents class-action lawsuits, which is why it is hard to sue them. They make you write a review before you start working with them, so they get good reviews.

For agents like you ready to scale and automate their business more! Happy to have you with us David!
