I am just starting with Housejet so I don't have any review to provide at the moment. I hope that once I get started to really make the scripts my own, I can began closing more deals.

I am excited to see how this works as far as lead generation. I have been a top agent in our market in Springfield MO for 20 years. I was hesitant like several people are to join. I think what gave me the peace of mind besides praying about it, was the fact that you have the chance to get your money back. If you are wanting someone to give you leads, sell or list the homes and close the deal for you this is not it. It is an opportunity to get in front of potential buyers and sellers. I had to smile reading your script training, it could have been written by me. LOL Success comes from God given talent to sell, the ability to be real and genuine with people, knowing how to close the deal and keep yourselves in tune with those who know how to move and shake you in the market. I will update my review once I have been in and started closing the leads this is to generate. House jet is a tool the key is to Keep God first and he will take you places you can only dream of. SF

I thought this was gonna be pretty much like all the other lead generating companies but WRONG… Love that y’all take the time to provide training and are proud of your business and those that are representing you in the market. Love that you share trade secrets to help agents succeed – which makes your company succeed. Love the tools you provide and that they are actually workable in our business. And most of all I loved working with Dakota Yount, who was so patient with me and my hectic schedule.

Not a scam but VERY much not worth it. I resisted the $2500 initial fee and magically they went down to $1000, which I paid. They offer to give back this fee at the first closing. So far I've gotten almost 50 leads and have not been able to talk to anyone. I've gotten results from texting the leads though: Every single person said they wanted to be removed. When I ask them why they clicked on the ad AND put in their contact info they all say, "I just wanted to see the house". The house being the image House Jet (Pay Per Closing) uses in the ad, which is a stock image and not a real house for sale. These leads are junk very very bottom of the barrel leads that have no interest in buying or selling. An unfortunate waste of my time and the $1000 I spent to find this out.

They have called so many times from different phone numbers over the last few weeks and they will not remove you from their call list. They will just have another phone number call and act like you never told them to stop calling. Any legit business would not operate like this. (and yes, I have blocked and reported numerous different numbers) Update: Received another call on 3/6/2024 from E Wickham 404.634.0220 so clearly they do not remove your phone number. Housejet. You may need to call that number then because he said he worked for you. I asked him 3 times to confirm your company name. If it's not your company then there is someone scamming people using your name

Trying something new is always scary but I feel that I am in the right place to be a better Realtor! I’m excited to try out all these new marketing tips to generate more leads. You never know if it will work unless you try it!
