No HOT Leads anywhere to be found
The ads promise one thing but my experience so far is vastly different from what they promise. They promise HOT leads in their ad. I've gotten 2 since signing up in the last 10 days and they have been browsers. They are not HOT leads. They don't have actual HOT leads, they're basically posting ads for themselves with your money and hoping someone clicks through and works out. In the same amount of time I've gotten 2 leads from HouseJet, a single ad on FB that I've posted has yielded 19 leads of similar or better quality. I'm working two right now that will likely close in the next month or two. Their ads make it sound like you don't pay unless you close a deal, this is why they call themselves Pay-Per-Close. In reality they take at least $2000 up front and I'm still not sure what exactly I paid for. I told their support team that all I'm getting is crickets and they said they're still refining the ads. But 2 leads don't seem to be even close to an effective FB ad campaign for 10 days worth of ads. If this turns around, I will be happy to revise this review. Otherwise this has been nothing but a huge waste of money.
