Thanks for the review! Looks like you left a review for Housecall Pro, the software that All Pro uses to manage their business. I would recommend looking them up on google so you can leave their company a review. Glad to hear that one of our pros using our software was able to help!

Hello, really sorry to hear that you have had this issue. We partner with Stripe for merchant services, they are the ones who investigate transactions and ultimately make the decision here. If you were rejected, we do not have insight on their investigation and have to honor their decision. Would be more than happy to look into it for you, could you email me at [email protected]? Hope to hear from you soon.

I responded to your other review, but will add my response here as well. Hello, thanks for bringing this to my attention. I was able to locate you account so I will have a member of my team reach out soon to follow up on this. We do have a free trial that pros can sign up for through our website, but it has limited functionality. From your account it does look like you had a full demo and were on a lower cost promo that we were offering at that time for the first month. If you need anything you can also email me at [email protected], but I will have someone reach out and investigate this for you. Thank you again for letting me know about your experience!
