This company has still been charging my credit card since they supposedly processed our cancelation in mid November of 2024 (confirmed by their support staff over phone). Ever since we signed up there has been repeated fraudulent charges. When we disputed the charges Housecall Pro fought the charge backs and won somehow. We have reported them to the RCMP and Brandon Police Service as well as the FBI and US authorities. Be aware of this shady company.

House CALL pro had a snake oil salesman waste my time on the phone saying they have new technology to support my industry. They don't, he lied to me; they are a marketing company that wants to take away your business from other sources. Caller ID 385-279-2465 probably isnt even House Call PRO, but a call center!

Do not give this company your phone number. I used their free trial last year and they have been calling non stop. I tell them every time that I'm not interested. They use new phone numbers every time so you can't even block them.

We want to make other contractors aware - we have been paying clients using Housecall Pro for about 5 years. We recently had a scam with a customer asking us to order materials for him, without us coming out to do that work. We took his credit card payment and ordered those materials once it cleared. The payment was then refunded hours later by Housecall Pro, leaving us high and dry with these materials. In our invoice to the customer we had our job notes that indicated that there would be a $1000 nonrefundable fee if there was a cancellation for any reason. We contacted their help line immediately and after being sent to the payments division we were told that there is no recall on our part as we did not provide in the field services and we are not covered for materials charges only. They informed us there was nothing they could do to cover the nonrefundable fee.

These people keep calling me and I keep telling them stop calling me they say that they will stop calling me when I agree to watch their video. Now they're strong arming me, trying to force me to watch it under threat of harassment Wtf? Is anyone monitoring your email address? I sent a email to you telling you all the information so you could quit calling me I never got any response however. Once again I'm not interested in doing business with you all and wish you would never call me again. I think it would be better for you to call people who are interested in your services rather than continually call someone who has repeatedly told you they're not interested. Now after I send them a email explaining to them exactly what's going on they send me another email saying they want further details? Maybe if you answer your emails or monitor your email you would have the further details? How did I get involved with this crap? Here I am minding my own business working to create a life for myself like everybody else and then these people come along and start harassing me and come up with more and more crap.

Do not trust this company. They are a bait and switch type company that promises and never delivers. If Housecall Pro has read a past review from me, and I am still unhappy, then apparently Housecall Pro did not resolve my issue. I did email Housecall Pro and they did nothing to resolve the issue. Another lie that I was told. I declined being a new customer because of how Housecall Pro lied to me. I want to prevent others from experiencing the same fate as myself!!!

extreme quick response Company was RMR heating and air cond of Zephyrhills Florida. Technichian Ty arrived not even 2 hours after calling, worked on our outdoor system in the rain!!! Also, extremely reasonable charge.
