Hi Jeff, Thank you for taking the time to update your review and share your feedback. We’re glad to hear that the Holt (3) × 31.5 looks great in your home and that installation was fairly easy — that means a lot to our design and logistics teams. Regarding the gold handles, we understand the importance of hardware matching the rest of your décor. At this time, chrome or silver handles are not included with that model. However, we would be happy to check availability of compatible alternatives that fit properly and maintain the product’s aesthetic and functionality. Please reach out to us directly so we can help locate suitable hardware options or discuss any possible solutions. Hi Dan, Thank you for sharing your experience. We are truly sorry to hear about the continued difficulties you’ve encountered with your pieces. We understand how frustrating it must be to feel that your concerns were not fully resolved, especially after providing videos and photos to help explain the issue. While we’re glad that the replacement handles addressed part of the problem, we regret that the hinge alignment concern remains unresolved. Your feedback regarding the adjustable hinges and installation guidance has been shared with our Product Development and Technical Support teams for further review. We want to ensure that product specifications and assembly documentation are fully accurate and consistent. We sincerely apologize if there has been any lapse in communication. That is never our intention. Please contact us directly so we can reopen and prioritize your case, review all previous correspondence, and work toward a proper solution.
