HoulteReviews of houlte.com

I had a really good experience ordering from Houlte. The furniture arrived well packaged and protected, which I appreciated because larger furniture pieces can sometimes get damaged during shipping. The Alvar Arched Media Console looks exactly like the photos online and feels very solid and high quality once set up. The design is very unique and gives a modern, elevated look to the room. Overall the ordering process was smooth and the product itself exceeded my expectations. I’m really happy with how the console turned out in my living space.

I recently upgraded my living room with the Isla Oak TV Stand 80” from Houlte and I absolutely love it. The quality is beautiful, with warm oak tones and a sleek stone top that makes the whole space feel more elevated. It has plenty of storage to keep everything organized, and the built-in LED lighting adds such a cozy touch to the room. It’s the perfect mix of style and functionality for our family living room.

I received this Chandelier with many faults!!!! it was missing wires and hanging cables arrived bent and tangled as where you cannot hang the Chandelier. Some of the holes (a lot of the holes) where you hang the crystals are closed and soldered together making it impossible to hang the crystals. I have reached out to customer service and spoke with both Mariz and Rica. They said they would send replacement pieces and never did. They even stopped communication with me and my purchase. My next stop is to contact The Better Business Bureau. I sent them several pictures of their poor quality faulty chandelier. I am very disappointed of the lack of customer service they provided. Do not BUY or WASTE your money with the purchase of this Chandelier as you will be as highly disappointed as I am.

I was pleasantly surprised when I received my beautiful alabastar chandelier and night stands. Setup was straight forward for the chandelier and the nightstands came pre assembled which made it very easy for me! I cannot say enough great things about the quality that each pieces brings to the table. The craftsmanship and design are second to none. I am very very happy and will continue to be a loyal customer. Thank you Houlte!!

Excellent furniture, easy to assemble and looks fantastic.

Excellent customer service the chandelier got lost and they replaced it immediately plus it looks spectacular. Highly communicative highly recommend!

Customer service came through big time with some issues I was having with my order, I received multiple calls from them every step of the way and they made it right

I love the design and quality of this console. It works perfectly for my TV and really elevates the look of my room. I especially like that it's modular so you can add as many or as few pieces as you need. Because it's modular, it's so easy to move if I change my mind. I also love the auto cabinet lights and the soft close cabinets.
